MCAST said today that suitably qualified students who applied to join the Institute of Information and Communication Technology, and whose course had not yet started would all be accepted. Their programme of studies will be concluded prior to the start of the next academic year.
"While regretting the late start of these programmes, and while hoping that a solution may soon be found, it must be stressed that this situation has resulted from circumstances beyond MCAST's control," the college said.
It gave no further details.
