Immigrants at the Marsa Open Centre carried on with their daily routine during activities held to celebrate World Refugee Day at the centre this evening.

Although a stage was set up and music was played, the immigrants did not take part in protest at conditions in the centre and the death of fellow resident Abubaker Suleiman after he was kicked by a bouncer in Paceville a few days ago.
