Former Portsmouth chairman Milan Mandaric and the club's former chief executive Peter Storrie will face new tax evasion charges when they appear in court next month.
Mandaric and Storrie are charged with evading tax in relation to Israel midfielder Eyal Berkovic's termination fee, Southwark Crown Court in London was told yesterday.
Under the new charge, Mandaric and Storrie are accused of making an offshore payment to terminate Berkovic's contract on which no tax was declared or paid.
Mandaric, now chairman at Championship club Leicester, and Storrie will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on June 17 and June 19 respectively.
Mandaric, along with ex-Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp already faced two counts of cheating the public revenue.
