A manager was beaten up by four men after a female employee claimed to have been sexually harassed by him for six months.
The incident happened on Saturday night after the employee, a cleaner, alleged that she had been groped..
The four were the two brothers of the employee, her uncle and an in-law.
They were accused in court today with assaulted the manager in his office, seriously injuring him and damaging the office.
They pleaded guilty and were all given a two-year jail term suspended for four years.
Police Inspector Spiridione Zammit said that the young woman would be pressing charges against her boss.
The magistrate ordered a ban on the men's names to protect the victim. The men will also be paying for damage they caused at the manager's office.
