A 30-foot wooden man was put on fire this evening - the highlight of the Man on Fire festival held at Naxxar’s old Trade Fair Ground in the afternoon, to collect funds for Mater Dei’s renal unit.

The festival, the brainchild of Life Cycle 2012 participant Luke Marshall, also included a 3,000-balloon water fight and BMX stunts.

Life Cycle is a voluntary organisations which organises extreme cycling trips to collect funds for the renal unit.
