A 21-one-year old man was seriously injured after he crashed into a garage door in Mqabba early yesterday morning.

Police said the man was driving a Seat Ibiza when he lost control in Triq is-Sejba, Mqabba.

He was rushed to hospital in an ambulance but is not in critical condition.

The garage door was extensively damaged as a result of the incident.

An inquiry is underway.
