An 18-year-old man from Valletta was seriously injured while he was unloading a van in Triq Lorenzo Gafa, Żebbuġ at 9.30am this morning.

The police said that he was hit by an Isuzu D-Max being driven by an 61-year-old man from Qormi.

Investigations are underway.
