Two men were grievously injured in an head-on crash on the Coast Road at around 5 a.m.

The police said the crash was between a Mercedes, that was being driven in the direction of Paceville from Bugibba by a 59-year-old man from St Paul's Bay and a black Volkswagen Golf, that was being driven by a 21-year-old man from Bosnia Herzegovina, who lives in St Paul's Bay.

There were no passengers.
