No this is not the national football squad but a team of amateurs in San Manwel Chaparon, Guatemala. The football kit was used by the Maltese national team in 2000 when the Malta Football Association marked the 100th year of football in Malta. The MFA donated the kit following a request by Wiġi Duca who helps as a volunteer in a village called Għaxaq in San Manwel Chaparon. The Maltese name was given to the village after benefactors from Għaxaq raised money to build 55 houses to accommodate poor villagers. The player on the far right (standing) is Fr Anton Grech, a Gozitan who for the past 12 years has been parish priest of San Manwel Chaparon. Fr Attard will turn 37 today.
