Maltese percussionist and composer Renzo Spiteri joined famous European classical, pop, jazz and blues musicians to perform at the European Life I concert held on Saturday in The Hague, marking the start of a new international festival celebrating the richness and diversity of European culture. The free festival is part of The Hague’s bid to become the European cultural capital in 2018. Spiteri performed his own composition with students of the Royal Conservatoire.
