The following are the top stories in the Maltese newspapers.
Konrad Mizzi's speech at the Labour conference dominates the newspapers.
Times of Malta quotes Dr Mizzi saying he is ready for any decision by the prime minister.
The Malta Independent says Konrad passed the buck to Joe. It also says Brian Tonna's firm owns Mossack Fonseca Malta. Mr Tonna's firm advised Dr Mizzi on his activities in Panama and New Zealand.
In-Nazzjon says Dr Mizzi threw the ball in the prime minister's court. It also reports how the Opposition has moved a motion of no confidence in the government.
l-orizzont carries a picture of Dr Mizzi during his address yesterday. However in its main story it says former minister Joe Cassar in evidence in court was not sure about what took place at a meeting with Joe Gaffarena at PN headquarters before the general election.
