The following are the top stories in the Maltese newspapers.

Times of Malta reports that Leo Brincat never discussed a possible resignation over the Panama Papers with the prime minister. 

Times of Malta, The Malta Independent and l-orizzont also report on the postponement of the PA decision on the revocation of fish farm permits.

MaltaToday says Transport Minister Joe Mizzi is not against Transport Malta head James Piscopo having a private investment company. The minister said he had been assured there would be no conflict of interest.

In-Nazzjon says Leo Brincat put former parliamentary secretary Michael Falzon in a bad light when he said no one doubted the integrity of the Auditor-General, who had been the subject of attacks by Dr Falzon.
