Representatives of Malta Enterprise said they were proud to have won the 'Corporate Challenge' organised by the Malta Hospice Movement within the Malta Marathon.

"It was a challenge that required constant training and which was also supported by our families and colleagues," the Malta Enterprise participants said following their success in the recent race when they were announced as the fastest male team in the Corporate Challenge.

The participants were Melvin Pellicano, Joseph Grech and Joseph Zammit, whose running times were 1h 49m 51s, 2h 02m 58s and 2h 13m 47s respectively.

The social activities committee of Malta Enterprise organised a staff fundraising event to collect money for the cause, and the sum presented to the Malta Hospice Movement amounted to €1,000.

The donation was presented by Mr Pellicano, also the organisation's co-ordinator for this event.
