Major contractors, professionals in the cleaning sector in Malta, have formed an association known as “The Malta Cleaning Contractors Association - MCCA”.
The founding members of the association are Bad Boy Cleaning Services Limited; M.C.C.S. Company Limited (Mr. Clean); Clentec Limited; General Cleaners Co. Limited; TF Services Ltd. and Servizi Malta Limited. In total, the MCCA members employ over 1,200 employees.
The MCCA said it guarantees that its members provide the best professional service in the cleaning sector, professional staff and the best quality materials. These are results achieved by years of experience and a proven track record.
Any cleaning company wishing to join the MCCA must sign the statute and adhere to its regulations, guaranteeing all legal obligations including health and safety regulations for both their employees and their clients.
One of the main aims of the MCCA is to strengthen the cleaning sector in all its aspects. All the members of the MCCA, will be scrutinised on a regular basis and regulated to ensure conformity with the statute and all the related legislation regulating the sector.
The MCCA said it endeavours to be the mark of quality, ensuring quality standards all round, client satisfaction and sound employee relations. The certainty of standards is beneficial to everyone: the clients, the employees and the contractors.
The President of the Association is Simon Turner (Clentec Limited). Claudine Ellul Sullivan (Servizi Malta) is secretary and Jason Degiorgio (Mr. Clean) has been appointed as treasurer.
