Malta Airport has again ranked as one of the top airports in Europe, placing second across all categories for 2012 in the annual ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) passenger survey.

This follows two consecutive first placings achieved in 2010 and 2011 in this same survey.

Malta Airport CEO Markus Klaushofer said that the ongoing presence of Malta Airport at the top of the world’s leading Airport Passenger Survey was a sign that the efforts and investments on the quality service levels were reaping the desired results.

He concluded by stating that these achievements were due to the commitment of all Malta Airport employees as well as to the hard work of all other stakeholders and clients present at the airport. “We should all feel proud of these consecutive rankings at top of the list of European Airports. This puts further onus on us as an airport, considering the important role we play in the tourism industry of the Maltese Islands.”
