Extensive infrastructural works are currently being carried out in Court.

Home Affairs Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici visited the works which include several environmental initiatives. Timers were installed in water heaters to reduce electricity consumption, recycling bins were introduced and solar tubes, which were providing the necessary electricity to the fourth storey, were installed.

Water for sanitary facilities was being taken from a sizeable well in the basement.

The windows in the corridor were being replaced with double glazed ones and photovoltaic panels were to be installed. In the first year, this project is estimated to cost 38,000 euros.

Other works were carried out on the main and other doors in the facade, in the garage, in halls, the arhives and halls.
