Pianist Sofia Narmania (right) will give a concert of music classics, ranging from baroque composer Sebastian Bach to 20th century American music by Gershwin, at St Augustine’s Monastery on Tuesday at noon. 

She will be performing Bach’s Prelude in C Major, Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and Sonata Op. 13 ‘2nd Movement’. She will also be playing Chopin’s Prelude Op. 28 No. 15, Étude Op. 10 No. 5 and Berceuse Op. 57, Schumann’s Traumerie and Debussy’s Arabesque 1. The performance ends with Tango by Albeniz and Gershwin’s The Man I Love. 

A free guided tour of the monastery museum will follow. Proceeds from the event will go to the restoration project of the Augustinian Monastery.
