Fluorescent feather boas, skyscraper hairdos, giant spectacles and hairy legs – the panto dames have stumbled into The Times offices for another interview this year.

Adorned in matching red and yellow glitter outfits, Ħallina (Toni Attard) and Fallina Blafloos (Edward Mercieca), the two ugly sisters from FM Productions’ Cinderella share their stories about their experiences and lack thereof with men.

You’d be forgiven for thinking that a jewel shop threw up on Alan Montanaro’s character, the as yet anonymous dame from MADC’s Scrooge a Christmas Panto, yet this is a look she believes ‘works’ for her. This dame speaks about her fear of the reformed buses losing their ricketyness and the resulting vibrations she feels, as well as her own interpretation of Wikileaks.
