The winner of the word game, which started last Saturday, will be visiting Livigno, a village in the north of Italy with a lake at one end and picturesque mountains on the other three sides.

Situated at an altitude of 1,816 metres above sea level, it guarantees excellent snow conditions throughout the winter season, starting from late November up till April on 115 kilometres of well-groomed pistes.

The main street of Livigno is pedestrianised, allowing visitors to just relax and soak up the atmosphere. With about 300 duty-free shops, Livigno is a shopping paradise of perfumes, clothes, hi-tech equipment and spirits.

Apart from skiing, Livigno has many other fun things to do: snowboarding, jet biking, horse riding, sledging, tyre sliding, go-karting, ice skating.

One can also enjoy the spectacular scenery from 3,000 metres above sea level in one of the many restaurants at the top of the mountains.

The prize consists of a week's stay in Livigno in mid-March, courtesy YTC. The package includes flights, accommodation on bed-and-breakfast basis and transfers.

The prize is for one person sharing a twin room. Taxes/fuel surcharge, tips, meals, excursions, single room supplement and personal expenses are extra.

YTC organise weekly group departures between December 5 and Easter. The winning words for the previous word game were uppermost, hibernate, endoplasm, gigantism, snowstorm and misreport. The winner will be going on a four-night tour to Istanbul between December 3 and 7.
