On October 26 we featured a letter sent by Henry Scicluna regarding commentary on live Italian football on Melita. This was followed by a reply by Kevin Borg, head of customer care.

Mr Scicluna writes:

'On reading your reply, what you said does not satisfy or solve the problem. Uncommon practices and contractual agreements should be completely transparent to us consumers. However, although I sympathise, this is still not our problem. 'What you are basically saying is that there is nothing you can do, which frankly is utterly useless. I thank you in any case.'
