A Libyan man who admitted causing a facial slash wound to another Libyan was condemed to a one year jail term suspended for two years this morning.

Khaled Al Shrebi, 27, admitted in court to having assaulted two Libyan men with a blade, seriously injuring one of them and slightly injuring the other.

The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday in St Rita Street, Paceville.
