ICAP Leopard won the line honours of the Rolex Middle Sea Race today, crossing the finish line at Marsamxett at 11.50 a.m.

The 100-foot Leopard was the biggest yacht in the 77-boat race. This was the first time it participated. While it achieved its line honours target, it missed setting a course record - by 25 minutes - particularly as the wind near Malta dropped this morning. The race started on Saturday at 11 a.m.

Leopard, owned by Mike Slade, was designed by Bruce Farr. It has has a canting keel, canards and twin rudders.
