Some 550 eight to 10 year old primary state school students this morning attended Festa Tfal, organised by Sedqa as a culmination of its programme for Skolasajf.

Children were very excited during the event, especially with arrival of Thea Garrett who sang for them.

For Skojasajf, Sedqa visited eight schools and talked to the children about family friendship, addictions and peer pressure.

Sina Bugeja, the CEO of the Foundation for Social Welfare Services, which Sedqa forms part of, said the programme was a way of teaching children through fun, which was the most effective way of conveying a message.
