Felipe Massa was easily the fastest man on a dry track at the Nurburgring on Sunday, although Fernando Alonso proved to be quicker in the wet. The Ferrari driver set a best time of 1:32.853, which was 0.378 seconds faster than Alonso's best effort. McLaren's Lewis Hamilton was third, but having run much of the race a lap down, he did not manage to translate his speed into any points. These were the times:
