Konrad Pulè the head of the land transport section of Transport Malta, has received a threat in a Christmas Card.

The card contained the message 'I will not forget you'. A piece of rope burnt at one end was enclosed.

The card was received yesterday.

Members of the AFM Explosives Ordnance Disposal Unit were seen at Mr Pulè's residence yesterday afternoon.

The police were notified immediately.

A bomb exploded outside Mr Pule's office window at Sa Maison on December 2, severely injuring transport consultant Major Peter Ripard. Mr Pule' himself was slightly injured.

The bomb is believed to have been lowered to the office window from a pine grove on a hill behind the building.
