RBSM 3
\nThe VIS Knights are now tied with RBSM at the top spot of the standings after a close 5-3 win over the previous sole leaders at the Eden Ice Arena.
Pierre Sciberras opened the scoring for the Knights who have a better game difference than their rivals. Sciberras ended the night with two points. Captain Robert Holtet scored one goal and delivered two assists.

Captain Chris Gatt played in defence and finished the night with a disappointing single point which, however, kept him in second place in the scoring race. Shaun Chircop beat Lindner once while Sergey Trublenkov had one goal and an assist, as did Kostia Klimkin.
McDonalds Flyers 7
Pirates 5
This was the Flyers' second success so far this season as the inspirational Steve Ellis scored his fourth hat-trick so far to boost his team's confidence. He is now six points clear at the top of the scoring charts ahead of Chris Gatt and Alex Attard, both with 40.
Ryan Yada and Andrew Gatt were also a big help to the Flyers as they both contributed with fine goals while newcomer Brian Cauchi broke his duck with the first league goal.
The Pirates got on the scoreboard first but failed to keep the lead. Captain Kenneth Attard hit yet another hat-trick but his brother Alex was unable to score even though he did manage three points on the night.
