Two teenagers were stabbed on an Austrian train this morning after being attacked by a knife-wielding man police have described as "mentally disturbed".
The attack happened at around 6.35am on a train heading to Feldkirch from Bludenz, local media reported.
According to reports, the 60-year-old assailant stabbed a 19-year-old sitting opposite him in the stomach and then attacked a 17-year-old in the neck. A 22-year-old who rushed to help also suffered a minor hand injury.
Police who boarded the train were forced to use pepper spray before arresting the man.
Just some days ago, a similar knife attack aboard a Swiss train left six people injured.
