"The persona of the contributor" has a lot to say about the MLP leadership contender Charles Buttigieg of Mellieħa is supporting. One is as good as the persons around him or her, and the fact that Mr Buttigieg is on Joseph Muscat's strategy team doesn't augur well, especially for women.

In his letter Proud To Promote Joseph Muscat, Mr Buttigieg digs the hole he is in deeper by admitting that his reference to mankind (sic) is similar to that in the Bible and the Koran. If that is not an archaic model on which to base your communication, I don't know what is. Thoughts consciously repressed have a funny way of being unconsciously released. Need I say more? Maybe just that women should be aware and beware.

I certainly would have expected people with a modern, gender-neutral outlook on the team of a candidate, possibly for the Premiership of this country, who's most flaunted "credential" seems to be his young age.
