Gasan Enterprises Ltd has been ranked the top Jaguar dealer in the world for its service campaign response rate during last year.

Malta came in for praise from Jaguar along with Greece, Norway, Israel and Ireland for ranking in the top 20 in the world for this campaign.

It was ranked 46th last August, with 64 per cent of customers contacted and improved to 25th position by September, moved up to number two in October and November and took top place in December.

Jaguar dealers were urged to ensure that a particular procedure is followed whenever the customer is contacted or when customers book a service.

"I am truly proud that Malta ranked number one worldwide in this Jaguar campaign," David Gasan, managing director of Gasan Enterprises Ltd, said.

"We contacted more customers and completed more outstanding actions than any other country. I have no doubt that our Jaguar customers are experiencing a high level of service and we are going out of our way to show them how special they are to us."

Gasan Enterprises Ltd service manager Robert Culbert paid tribute to the office staff in the Service Department who diligently contacted all the Jaguar customers whose cars need certain action related to the constant improvements that the manufacturer introduces on all models.

"We are required by Jaguar to meet its actions and to ensure closure on them. All vehicles that had outstanding actions had them performed by the end of last year."
