Joe Cordina, Charles Scerri and Martin Fenech, directors of Intershore fiduciary company, have instituted libel proceedings against Finance Minister Tonio Feneh over allegations made against them over the oil procurement scandal during a televised press conference on Thursday.

Mr Cordina, who was financial administrator of the Labour Party, also sued the editor of In-Nazzjon for writing that he was at the centre of the oil procurement scandal.
