Inter have signed Brazilian left-back Dodo on a two-year loan from Roma.

The 22-year-old moves to San Siro with the Nerazzurri retaining an option to make his stay permanent in 2016.

A statement from Inter read: "FC Internazionale wish to announce the signing of Jose Rodolfo Pires Ribeiro, better known as Dodo, on loan with the possibility to purchase him in 2016.

"The player has signed a contract lasting until June 2019."

Dodo joined Roma from Corinthians in July 2012 and made 19 league appearances in the 2013-14 campaign to help the Giallorossi finish as runners-up to Juventus in Serie A.

Inter are also set to complete the transfer of French midfielder Yann M'Vila from Rubin Kazan on Wednesday.

The 24-year-old M'Vila is set to play on loan at Inter next season with the Italians retaining an option to acquire his services on a permanent basis next summer.
