A three-year-old boy was hospitalised this morning after a collision involving three cars in Qormi.

The incident happened at about 11am just outside a petrol station in Luqa Road, Qormi.

The boy was a passenger in a car driven by a 27-year-old women. His injuries are not thought to be serious. Their car, a Toyota Passo, was the third car involved in the accident and suffered damage to its bumper and bonnet.

The other cars were a Skoda, which was in front, and a Renault light van.
