From time to time I read criticism directed at Melia Cable. I feel that this is unfair: I have always received polite, efficient and quick (by Malta standards, very quick) service. I have always found polite and courteous people on the other end of the line.

I agree that the modern telephonic system is somewhat irritating but we have to march on with the modern ways of doing things. I have no personal interest in sticking up for Melita but compared to other local "services" where customer care is concerned, Melita, I feel, is OK and providing a good service to its clients.

To conclude, may I say that if you are not happy, switch to another provider!
