The Estate Agents Section (EAS) within the Malta Developers Association (MDA) was set up by former members of the Federation of Estate Agents and is represented by the majority of leading estate agencies in Malta.

The EAS is now the de facto representative of the industry on the various government agencies and entities, in the interests of the profession, the public and agencies at large.

In collaboration with the MDA, the section’s primary objective is to drive higher levels of professionalism to the industry through excellent synergies between the estate agents and the construction industry. EAS members recognise the need to maintain and improve the standard of services which its members render to the public to ensure a high level of professionalism and benefit the country as a whole.

In this regard, EAS members have taken the initiative to start training their property consultants in order to provide a professional level of service to customers, both vendors and buyers.

The estate agencies forming part of the EAS include: Frank Salt, Remax Alliance, QuickLets & Zanzi Homes, Belair, Dhalia Real Estate Services, Island Properties, Ben Estates, 77 Great Estates, Elite Real Estate, North Key, Chestertons and SQL, along with many other individual agents.
