I refer to a letter by Sandro Bugeja of Xemxija, entitled Malta Blacklisted, stating that a reputable UK supplier has informed him that one of the reasons why the supplier no longer mails goods to addresses in Malta is because of "the high cost and complexity of Maltese import duty rules and lost packages".
