Hibs came from two goals down to beat Sliema 3-2 and level with Birkirkara at the top of the Premier League this afternoon.

The critical goal came from Clayton Failla from a penalty in the 83rd minute.

Shaun Bajada got the Blues to a good start when he scored just before the half hour. Miguel Ciantar made it two on the 42st minute.

Jonathan Lima started the fightback for Hibs with a goal on the hour mark and Jackson Lima equalised on the 78th minute before Failla scored the all-important goal on a day when league leaders Birkirkara lost two points with a draw against Mosta.
