Paola Hibs Candy, Flyers Depiro and Fleur de Lys will contest the play-offs of the Women's League after the trio secured their berths following last weekend's matches.
Playvolley Stars, Southend and Playvolley Galaxy failed to make the cut and will fight it out against relegation.
Hibs had the better of second-placed Flyers Depiro 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-22) to confirm their good form.
After losing the opening set, Flyers played at a par with their opponents for much of the other two sets. However, they could not stop Hibs who notched most of their points thanks to the contribution of their foreign players.
Hibs have another game to play before the end of the regular season.
In another match, Fleur de Lys consolidated third spot with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-23) win over Playvolley Stars. The winners looked 100 per cent focused in the first set as they took advantage of their opponents' struggles to get going.
The Stars improved in the next two sets, also thanks to Maria Costa's fine play. However, Fleur de Lys still kept them at bay through better services and attacks.
In the Men's League, Sliema saw off Defenders Aloysians 3-1 (25-22, 16-25, 25-22, 25-18).
More was expected from Aloysians especially after their good showing against the same Sliema in the semi-final of the Fr Parnis National Cup.
The first set was a balanced affair as both teams stayed close to each other until Sliema, despite playing without some of their regular players, won the crucial points in the final sprint.
Aloysians bounced back after the first break, building a good lead and managing to hold on to it until the end. However, Sliema were rather efficient in their approach to the game, obtaining important points without overelaborating.
On the other hand, Aloysians committed some costly mistakes, especially towards the end of the last two sets which shattered their hopes of avoiding defeat.
