Mepa employees at Hexagon House should leave their place of work and report at the authority's head office if odours continue to affect them, their union has adviced.

The Union Haddiema Maghqudin said in a statement it had informed the management of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority about the persistent inconvenience being cause and which workers were being subjected to.

It said it would not tolerate the situation any longer as the management was not taking the required steps for workers to be able to work in a healthy environment.
