I am an avid subscriber of Melita Cable. I have subscribed to the HD service.

I regret to say that the service is riddled with problems such as volume discrepancy between stations, recorded programmes that rarely work, TV stations that just freeze and one has to disconnect the modem and net box all the time.

I informed Customer Care about these problems several times but the problems rarely get solved. I would recommend that before Melita launches such a service, their engineers make sure that the system works and not use their subscribers to provide them with feedback on faults.
