When the word “buffet” is mentioned, it’s natural to think of a wide selection of dishes and one can find all that at the Westin Dragonara Resort.

The traditional Sunday lunches at The Terrace Restaurant are back. From breads to soups, vegetables, entrées and desserts, chef James Mifsud and his culinary brigade prepare them from the finest fare from all continents. And that’s not to say that one can eat light if they so choose, for the selection offers something to satisfy every palate.

Guests get a wonderful experience tasting flavours of different cuisine. The cold fish appetizers in the buffet setting are great with a wide variety of options like scallops, salmon, shrimps, mussels and assorted condiments. There is also a carving station with roast gammon and roast turkey.

The buffet incorporates a live-action cooking station featuring sushi and Oriental dishes prepared by Japanese chefs and a made-to-order pasta station.

And regardless of how one chooses to fill the plate, he or she definitely has to leave room for the succulent desserts, which include ice creams and sorbets, gateaux, profiteroles, lemon meringue, fruit flans and so many other delicious creations by executive pastry chef David Calleja.
