GO said this morning it was still in the process of solving a fault which occurred over the weekend with the system that handles pre-paid top-ups by SMS and online.

Customers may still use recharge vouchers, which are readily available from outlets and shops all over the islands. Calls are not affected.

The company said that to minimise inconvenience to customers, repairs are scheduled to take place overnight.
