GO plc said today that it has secured exclusive local broadcasting rights for England's Premier League for the three football seasons 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13. The rights cover live TV coverage as well as coverage on the internet and on mobile.

GO Chief Executive David Kay said the company was proud to have secured the rights to one of the most viewed football leagues in the world and he was confident this would be beneficial to viewers and the business.

GO currently holds the rights for various sports including football, rugby, tennis, motor sports, golf, horse-racing and boxing.
