Go has absorbed its top-up administration charge covering three percent excise tax and the three percent increase in value added tax on its Pay As You Go mobile top-up cards. As from Thursday, prepaid customers will be getting their full money’s worth in mobile credit.

Meanwhile Go said it was going ahead with its opposition of excise tax on mobile telephony and would continue calling for the lifting of such a tax on communication services, on the basis of the fact that VAT was already charged on such services.

For more information customers can call o mobile customer care (free service) on 146 from a Go mobile connection or on 7922 2146 from any other network. Alternatively, customers can call in at any one of Go's retail outlets in Malta and Gozo or visit www.go.com.mt .
