Malta's Gianluca Bezzina came fourth in the Eurovision Song Contest second semi-final on Thursday, before coming eighth in the final yesterday.

Figures issued by the festival organisers show how Azerbaijan came first in the semi-final, followed by Greece, Norway and Malta.

In the semi-final, Malta won 118 points while Azerbaijan got 139. Malta got the maximum 12 points from Azerbaijan, Macedonia and Norway, and 10 points from San Marino. There were no points from Bulgaria and Spain.

Gianluca returns to Malta on a flight from Frankfurt today at 3.40 p.m.
