A mass brawl erupted in Georgia's parliament during a debate about representation on international bodies.

Microphones are ripped out by some to use as weapons.

Local media said three people were hurt in the scuffles.

The sitting resumed after a break and the issue that led to the flare-up of violence was settled with a vote more in line with parliamentary practice.
