During last weekend's ASA Time Trial, sponsored for the first time by Power Bar, Daniel Galea established a new age-group D mark in the 50 metres breaststroke with a time of 32.56 seconds.

This bettered the previous record of 32.89 seconds set in March 2007, by Andrea Agius.

Considering they were just back from a vigorous training camp in Trieste, some of the national team swimmers did personal bests, albeit in unfamiliar distances.

Other PB's were also recorded by club swimmers.
