French employees testing a new device to remove green algae from the Saint-Michel-en-Greves beach, western France. A campaign took off in the beginning of May to clean-up France's northwestern coast covered by mounds of rotting seaweed, which worry local residents and threaten the region's lucrative tourist industry.
