The Malta Exercise Health and Fitness Association has presented fitness equipment for children to St Catherine’s High School in Pembroke. This is in line with MEHFA’s motto More People More Active More Often.

“We want to instil a culture of fitness from the early ages of life,” said Gino Schiavone, MEHFA president.

All schools, governmental and private, which cater for children aged up to five can contact MEHFA to apply for these free kids equipment.

MEHFA and Tip Top are creating this campaign in order to see kids enjoy themselves and grow in a healthy way.
