Frank Salt Real Estate has put together a guidebook that explains the best way to rent out a property, while highlighting what is expected of the landlord. The Landlord's Guide to Letting offers tips and advice on how to achieve the best rental price from a reliable tenant, as well as other essential information that makes the landlord's life much easier.

The guide forms part of a set of publications that Frank Salt Real Estate publishes with the intent of providing its clients, be it a buyer, a seller or a landlord, with all the information possible for them to make better decisions and to make the process of purchasing or renting a property as smooth as possible.

"We understand the challenges that landlords and tenants alike might face when it comes to letting a property," says Edward Hamilton, Frank Salt Real Estate letting manager. "Most of these are minor hiccups that could easily be avoided with some foresight from the landlord's side in order to provide the tenant with a better service. Thanks to this guide, we hope that not only will we make a landlord's life much easier, but also be of service to the tenant since ultimately he or she will be receiving a better service and a better property from the landlord."

The Landlord's Guide to Letting is available complimentary at any of the company's 10 branches in Malta and Gozo.
