The Frank Salt Real estate Marsascala office - the most recent addition to the 10-branch network that the real estate specialists operate in Malta - will be celebrating its third year anniversary this month, during which period it has established itself as a key source of information and primary reference for locals and foreign nationals looking at buying or renting a property in the region.

"We have considerably increased our presence in the market and solidified the already excellent reputation that the company enjoys," said Stanley Bonello, Marsascala branch manager. "The feedback we get from our clients is extremely encouraging with a number of them opting to regularly use our services. In fact in some areas like the letting market, Frank Salt has become a household name."

Frank Salt Real Estate has been a key local company in promoting the seaside locations of the south of Malta, "No area in Malta is the same as another," said Mr Bonello, "and each locality and branch clients deserve individual attention, strategy, business relationships, attitude and determination".

"We are very happy with the results achieved so far by our Marsascala branch. No wonder that last year, the best sales consultant award went to one of the sales consultants located there, Gordon Bonello," said Joseph Lupi, managing director. "However Frank Salt Real Estate's Marsascala branch will not stop there, and together with its sister branch in Fgura, the company intends to strengthen its presence in the southern region in order to be able to provide a better service to its customers, provide an even better selection of properties for sale and to let, and ultimately become the estate agency of choice in the region," he added.
